Stretching between Valencia Street and the Linda Street alley on 19th Street, Mission Playground is an oasis for children and families in the middle of the busy Valencia Street shopping corridor. Having recently undergone extensive renovations, the playground boasts beautiful new play structures and surfaces including a water feature, athletic courts and turf field. Mission Playground really has it all: lighting, ample shade and seating, art, accessibility and even the wonderful outdoor Mission Pool. Families can register for classes and other programs at SFRecOnline. You can search for programs by activity or by location.
