This drop-in support group meets weekly and is facilitated by board member, psychologist, Dr. Juli Fraga. Babies are welcome and snacks provided. Register online or over the phone. During this one-hour support circle, we will: Explore and discuss the joys and challenges of motherhood. Learn mindful parenting techniques to reduce stress and increase well-being. Reflect on what it means to be a new parent and connect with others in a supportive space.
