This local mainstay is a block-long park with a playground on the east end. The playground is fenced and there are picnic tables. Notice the signs surrounding the playground -- a teachable moment. Many dogs love to race the stretch of the rest of the block, which is all grass. The park is a popular birthday spot. In the summer, this park is one of the sites for the Bernal Heights Outdoor Cinema.

*Charlie's Deli Cafe on the northwest corner of the park is a very popular local cafe. There are also several corner stores which are adjacent to the park.
