Daly City offers a wide variety of facility rentals, parks, playgrounds, and a multitude of programs including: gymnastics, aquatics, youth sport, dance, arts, teen programs, preschool, and child development classes.
The School of Music and Fine Arts offers a variety of classes including flute, guitar, ukulele, piano, violin, painting, drawing, music reading, voice, and a variety of dance classes. Dance classes include: Mexican folk, Argentine Tango, Tahitian, capoeira, tap, jazz, hula, and ballet.
Other classes include Kindergym, golf, table tennis, kickboxing aerobics, karate, kung fu, judo, tennis, swimming, softball, basketball, and hockey.
SAT Test Preparation is offered for students needing extra support. Classes offered in February only.
Daly City Parks and Recreation offers an extensive array of fun and affordable camps for kids. Choose from sports, arts and crafts, and performing arts camps. They offer the American Red Cross Guard Start program for youth ages 11 to 14, which consists of five categories: Prevention, Fitness, Response, Leadership, and Professionalism. San Francisco residents are welcome to sign up for all camps.
