Description

iPride is an organization founded by multiracial families to support children of mixed racial or ethnic heritage and those who have been transracially adopted. Programs include toddler playgroups, teen groups, and family events including picnics and holiday celebrations.

iPride's FUSION Program Summer Day Camp is open to all and will also focus on children from multiracial families. Activities include visual and performance art, martial arts, field trips, peer-education, and student leadership activities.

Location: Redwood Day School, 3245 Sheffield Avenue, Oakland
Ages: 6.5 to 12
Days/Times: 9am–4pm
Cost: $650; lunch and snacks included
Extended care: 8am–9am and 4pm–5pm ($200 for the whole session)

From San Francisco, cross the Bay Bridge and take 580 East toward Downtown Oakland/Hayward-Stockton. Exit at Fruitvale Avenue and turn left. Turn left at MacArthur Boulevard and another left at Sheffield Avenue. Parking lot available.
